I think Kelneth is just pointing out that Sangwine is in charge, so it's not up to Kelneth. But it sure sounds like something different to Bactine!

They don`t really fight a whole lot really. He has only fired the bow three times up to this point. He hit the orc he was aiming for one of those three times, may have deliberately shot Sangwine the other time although he claimed to miss, and the time with the dragon seemed to have something weird about it since the arrow changed path mid flight and ended up doing the trick for them anyway.
