My second time through this story - the 3rd panel is, for me, the most INTENSE and compelling moment of this whole story. I would say more, but it is very hard to put into words.

Oh em gee! His coolness/mystery levels are through the roof.
I don't reckon Zedwig is crazy or evil: he's just suffered terribly for a long time.
I also don't reckon Zedwig has "eternal torment for Fang" on his to do list- I reckon he's a good guy at heart. : )
