Xylic was born of Fangline's hairs and polka-dotted socks! Hence, the half-elfness and the vague royal blood! He has only fired the bow three times up to this point. He hit the orc he was aiming for one of those three times, may have deliberately shot Sangwine the other time although he claimed to miss, and the time with the dragon seemed to have something weird about it since the arrow changed path mid flight and ended up doing the trick for them anyway.

Re: #106 – In which the subject of ignominious death is revived

"...ignominious deaths!"
"I knew it!"

I read it in one day, got here from Precocious. When I started, I thought it would be like an RPWC (role-playing webcomic), and there would be quips about someone dying and rerolling as another character, d20's, stuff like that, but this...this was deep, thought-out, and ALL the characters evolved and grew in the course of the story.

And now I'll stop typing, because I just started crying.

Thank you!

Re: #207 – The giant’s guards are clandestinely tricked

YES!!!!!

Re: #127 – Frankly talking man to man, or prince to pauper

Cue breaking hearts...

Re: #109 – A calm discussion by a very large tree

Out of all these characters, I think Derf and Xylic have come the farthest.
